Scope and site management
These terms apply when you use web pages published under the Grafikcem name. I, Ali Cem Bozma, run the site.
Grafikcem brings together my content, creative services and learning products in preparation. Grafikcem Creative is not a separate legal entity; it is the name of the services I provide.

Purpose of the content
The writing, examples and explanations on the site describe my own practice and views. They are general information, not legal, financial, commercial or design advice for your circumstances.
I try to keep the content current and accurate. I do not guarantee that every item will always be complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Intellectual property and content use
Rights in the site's text, design, brand marks and images I own belong to me or to the identified rights holder. Where third-party content appears, its rights and source record are identified separately.
You may link to the pages and make reasonable quotations for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy the content in bulk, sell it, republish it, or present it as your own.
A customer review is the reviewer's own statement. It is not my verified performance metric or a guaranteed outcome.
Safe and appropriate use
Do not try to damage the site, bypass security measures, access another person's account or data, submit a misleading enquiry in someone else's name, or use contact routes for unsolicited bulk messages.
Do not use automated access in a way that disrupts the site, bypasses security limits or reproduces content without permission.
External links, maps and appointments
The site may link to Google Maps, the Google business record and social profiles. The map on the contact page is the site's own drawing; it does not load from Google, and Google Maps opens in a new tab only when you follow the link. I do not control the content or continuing availability of those external services.
Once appointments are enabled, no booking is made inside this site; the link takes you to a separate Google scheduling page. Available times, confirmation, changes and cancellation follow the current information on that page.
The provider's terms and privacy notice apply when you open an external link. A link does not mean I endorse all third-party content.
Contact and project enquiries
Sending a form, email or meeting request is not an order and does not by itself create a contract. I am not required to accept every enquiry.
If a project proceeds, its scope, deliverables, timing, fee, payment, usage rights and any confidentiality terms are set out in a separate written proposal or contract. The site text does not replace that document.
You are responsible for ensuring that a reference link you submit is safe, accessible and yours to share.
Free resources and email preferences
Email verification may be required for a free resource. Asking for a resource does not mean you consent to marketing email; that preference is separate and optional.
You may use a resource personally or internally in your own work. You may not sell the resource itself, republish it publicly, or distribute the source file as your own product unless the resource page gives a more specific licence.
Grafikcem Learn, accounts and sales features
Grafikcem Learn is being prepared for courses and digital products. Account, cart, order, payment and access features are available only when the relevant page clearly shows them as active; a closed flow does not constitute an offer for sale.
Before a paid product opens, its price, tax, payment provider, delivery method, withdrawal or refund terms, access period and consumer information will be shown on the relevant product and checkout screens. These general terms will not be used as a substitute for missing sales terms.
Availability and responsibility
I may temporarily change or suspend the site for maintenance, security or technical reasons. I do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited remain in place. These terms do not remove mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
Updates, applicable rules and language
These terms were updated on 7 October 2026. When I change them, the new date appears here; changes do not apply retrospectively.
Mandatory rules and consumer remedies in Türkiye remain available. If the Turkish and English versions differ in meaning, the Turkish text governs.
