Motion design for corporate communication

I made screen films, vertical films and announcements for Şişecam’s HR and internal communication, animating supplied copy, photography and illustration within the corporate identity.

Project context

The topics ranged from a project launch to the Academy, a young talent programme, open positions and internal announcements. The amount of information and the format changed too: landscape for office screens, vertical for social media.

All of it had to remain recognisable in the same corporate language of blue backgrounds and red corner frames.

Vertical films

Four short films I made for the Academy, the Together young talent programme and career announcements.

Design approach

I tied movement to the reading order: headline first, then the image, then the detail. Each film got one metaphor taken from its subject: windows and a magnifier for the Academy, a balance for Together, a notification card for the careers reminder.

Landscape animations

Screen animations for the Internal Regulation Library and an occupational safety painting contest.

Screen announcements

Two announcements I designed for office screens to launch the Data Governance Newsletter.

Special-day headers

Production process

  1. Screen film

    For the Customer First launch I opened on the diamond visual, then revealed photographs and messages from the launch inside red corner frames.

  2. One metaphor per film

    Academy topics open through windows and a magnifier, the Together programme fills one side of a balance, and open positions arrive as a notification card.

  3. Illustrations split into scenes

    For the Internal Regulation Library and the painting contest I split the supplied illustrations into scenes and animated them with headlines and information.

  4. Still adaptations

    I carried the same language into screen announcements, special-day email headers and vertical designs.
