Communication for a restaurant chain’s staff and candidates

I designed job ads, special-day series, stories and a short film for Tavuk Dünyası’s employer brand account. Every piece uses the brand’s purple, yellow and orange, and people are shown through illustration rather than photography.

Project context

The account spoke to two audiences at once: people working at the company and people looking for a job. Job ads, recognition messages and special-day posts would sit side by side in the same feed.

Office and restaurant photography was not always available, and what existed showed employees’ faces. I needed a way to tell each story without tying it to individual people.

Job ads

A separate illustration for each role, with the headline and brand area kept in the same place.

Design approach

I rotated the three brand colours as backgrounds and gave each frame a single illustration. Headlines mix hand lettering with a bold typeface; the logo stays top left and the “lezzet katar” signature top right.

Nature Conservation Day

Three frames from a five-part series. Each frame carries one habit and one object.

Recognition and rewards

A series explaining the company’s reward and suggestion schemes; I showed people through illustration.

Friendship Day stories

Production process

  1. From plan to subject

    I took dates and copy from the monthly content plan. For each topic I chose one object or scene: the tools of the job in an ad, a single habit for Nature Conservation Day.

  2. Thinking in series

    I split Nature Conservation Day into five frames, each with a single habit. The recognition series repeats the same structure on three different backgrounds.

  3. Stories and film

    For Friendship Day I made three story frames that ask the viewer a question. In the Earth Day film I edited licensed nature footage with short lines and closed on the brand mark.
